Diversify and develop our talent base to prepare for our next phase of growth
We’re focused on strengthening our recruiting process and growing internal talent. Over 50% of our supervisory and managerial positions are filled internally, and we’re targeting a rate of 70% in the next few years. We’re also seeking the right talent to join us as we expand our business in new industries and regions.
